Randal W. Owen, MD, FACOG
Dr. Owen began his private practice in Lexington in 1986. In 1993 Dr. Parrott and Dr. Adkins joined his practice becoming Owen, Parrott and Adkins. In 1999 the practice changed it’s name to Lexington OB GYN Associates. Dr. Owen’s practice philosophy is to combine personal service with high quality, state of the art medical care. Dr. Owen was born and raised in Arkansas. He is married and the proud father of three children, Joseph, Kristen and Laura. He enjoys spending his free time with his family.

Olson Parrott, II, MD, FACOG
Dr. Parrot was born and raised in Woodford County. From 1982 until 1985 he was in private practice in Versailles, Kentucky. In 1985 he moved to Sanford, North Carolina where he practiced until joining Lexington OB-GYN Associates in 1993. He now lives in Lexington with his wife, Kathy and three children, Josh, Jeremy and Jordan. He enjoys hiking, camping and is a avid University of Kentucky fan.

Dr. Adkins is a native of Texas. He joined Lexington OB GYN Associates in 1993. He lives in Lexington with his wife, Debbie and three children, Tyler, Kristen and Thomas. He enjoys bicycling and tennis.

Lynne O. Simms, MD, FACOG
Dr. Simms joined Lexington OB GYN Associates in 2000. In addition to private practice, Dr. Simms is a director of the residency program for the University of Kentucky, Department of OB GYN at Central Baptist Hospital. She is a Lexington native. She is married to John Simms and they are the proud parents of a son, John Martin and two daughters McClain Marie and Lucy. Dr, Simms enjoys tennis, horseback riding, snow skiing, water skiing and traveling with her family.
